Introduction
Road-maintenance organizations must convert extensive asset needs into affordable, coordinated and executable programmes. This requires reliable inventory and condition data, transparent service levels, risk-based priorities, realistic budgets and schedules that reflect crews, equipment, materials, access restrictions and stakeholder interfaces.
This five-day course focuses on the management system behind dependable delivery. Participants develop multiyear and annual programmes, package work, balance resources, build schedules and establish controls for cost, progress, quality and change. Dashboards, backlog measures and performance reviews are used to connect daily execution with network-level outcomes and accountable decision-making.
