Introduction
Construction schedules are most valuable when they reflect scope, sequence, resources, constraints and decision responsibilities. A programme that is not integrated with cost, risk and progress evidence cannot provide reliable control or early warning.
This five-day course equips construction managers, planners and civil engineers to develop and control executable project schedules. Participants will create work breakdown structures, apply critical-path methods, allocate resources, update baselines and analyse delay and recovery. Practical workshops connect planning with cost, risk, change and stakeholder reporting.
Objectives
