Introduction
Construction productivity is shaped by workflow reliability, decision latency, logistics and the removal of constraints—not labour speed alone. Lean construction treats projects as production systems in which value, flow and learning must be designed deliberately.
This five-day course equips project managers, planners, engineers and site leaders to apply lean methods to real construction operations. Participants will map value, use pull planning and the Last Planner System, improve takt and logistics, measure productivity and run structured improvement cycles. The capstone creates a lean implementation plan for a live project environment.
