Introduction
A credible construction schedule is a model of how the project will be delivered, not merely a list of dates. It must connect scope, quantities, production rates, construction methods, interfaces, calendars, procurement, resources and decision constraints through logic that can be tested and updated.
This five-day course develops schedules from planning basis to performance control. Participants build work breakdown structures, calculate critical paths, load resources and costs, establish baselines, record progress and analyse variance. Schedule quality, risk, delay, recovery and forecast communication are addressed so that programme information supports timely and defensible management action.
