Training Outlines

Introduction

Building services share constrained space while depending on structure, architecture, fire strategy, access, controls and commissioning sequence. A clash-free model does not guarantee operability when maintenance clearances, pressure zones, penetrations, drainage falls or functional interfaces are unresolved.

This five-day course develops coordination from design requirements to integrated testing. Participants establish zones, manage federated information, resolve interfaces, control builder’s work and coordinate installation. Functional performance, access and commissioning evidence ensure that coordination supports operation rather than geometry alone.

Objectives

  • Define multidisciplinary coordination requirements.
  • Allocate service zones and maintenance access.
  • Coordinate structural and architectural interfaces.
  • Manage model federation and clash workflows.
  • Control penetrations and builder’s work.
  • Integrate controls and system dependencies.
  • Coordinate installation and testing sequences.
  • Deliver validated handover information.
