Sentiment Analysis and Social Media Intelligence Course
Master sentiment analysis and social-media intelligence, including opinion modelling, trends, network influence and responsible monitoring.
Training Outlines
Introduction
Sentiment and social-media analysis can reveal customer concerns, brand risk, campaign response and emerging issues, but online conversation is noisy and unrepresentative. Sarcasm, slang, bots, multilingual content and platform differences can make simple positive–negative scores misleading. Useful intelligence requires valid sampling, nuanced language analysis and clear links to decisions.
This five-day course develops practical competence in sentiment analysis and social-media intelligence. Participants will design listening questions, build text-classification pipelines, analyse aspects, emotion and stance, identify topics and network influence, and create monitored intelligence workflows. The course is designed for marketing, communications, insight and analytical professionals.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Define social-intelligence questions and decisions.
