Introduction

Organisations often manage quality, environmental, safety and information-security standards through separate audits, creating duplication and inconsistent evidence. An integrated approach uses common management-system requirements while preserving the technical focus needed for each discipline.

This five-day course equips management-system, compliance and internal-audit professionals to coordinate ISO assurance effectively. Participants will map requirements to processes and controls, design risk-based audit programmes, evaluate objective evidence and manage nonconformities and corrective action. Workshops develop an integrated approach that supports management review and continual improvement without reducing audit rigour.
