Introduction
Artificial intelligence and machine learning now influence products, operations and executive decisions across almost every sector. Successful adoption requires more than awareness of algorithms: professionals must recognise suitable business problems, assess data readiness, evaluate model evidence and understand the controls needed when AI affects people or critical processes.
This five-day foundation course provides a rigorous but accessible introduction to the complete AI and machine-learning lifecycle. Participants will examine core learning methods, data preparation, model evaluation, deep and generative AI, deployment and responsible governance. Practical exercises connect technical concepts to realistic organisational decisions, enabling participants to engage confidently with technical teams and develop credible AI opportunities.
