Introduction
Commercial relationships increasingly depend on connected systems, cloud services, sensitive data and extended supply chains. Generic security wording rarely defines what protection is required, how compliance will be evidenced or what happens when controls fail.
This course develops a risk-based approach to cybersecurity contracting. Participants will convert security requirements into clear obligations, negotiate data and incident provisions, design assurance rights, allocate liability and maintain protection through transition and termination.
