At your initial inquiry, EPW’s experienced engineering staff will consult with you to establish the best process and tooling solutions for your project. Our goal is to provide you quality tooling that is designed to last the life of your project.

Upon the release of your order one of our Project Managers will be assigned to your project and he will work with you throughout the life of your program. Their primary function is to work as our company liaison to maintain an open line of communication for data management, design criteria, and scheduling. All Project Managers are trained users of Microsoft Project and will provide you a timeline with milestones and critical dates for your project. Our design team, CNC Department and Mold Department will utilize the same project schedule to achieve an on time delivery. The goal of our project managers is to make your tool building experience a success.
